• Conducted manual and automated WCAG 2.2 accessibility evaluations using VoiceOver, TalkBack, and axe DevTools for global digital products serving over 200 million active users.

• Developed and refined company wide accessibility guidelines, providing developers, copywriters, and designers with standards for developing accessible digital products.

• Collaborated with cross-functional teams throughout planning, design, and testing, identifying accessibility barriers early in development to improve usability and reduce remediation costs.
